Your Medicare card holds crucial information such as your Medicare ID number and the types of Original Medicare you are enrolled in. According to medicare.gov, you should protect your Medicare number like you would a credit card. Personal information like your Medicare number should only be provided to healthcare providers, insurance brokers like Senior Benefit Services, or the insurance companies SBS represents.

If you happen to lose your Medicare card, don’t worry! We, at Senior Benefit Services, are happy to assist you in getting a replacement Medicare card. Our agents and customer service teams are trained to make this as easy as possible for you.

The general process for replacing a Medicare card is very simple! First, you log into your secure Medicare account on www.medicare.gov. Once logged in, you can print your Medicare card, or you can order one to be mailed to you.

You can also give us a call at 1-800-627-2768 to get help with replacing your Medicare card, if you have further questions, or need assistance. We are happy to help!
