How can you assist SBS clients?
I direct client phone calls and take messages when needed. I answer questions and give certain information to our clients regarding their coverage. I have worked here for over 13 years now. I started out in the Survey Department and worked my way up to the position that I am in now. I have been the Renewal Specialist here for the past 9 years. I really enjoy what I do and I appreciate the opportunity to work with such a great bunch of people who truly care about doing a great job and serving our clients.

What is a cause or charity you care about?
I love animals and I have rescued many. I have seven cats and one dog right now.

What was the last book you would read again?
The Bible. I am part of a discussion group that meets every Thursday.

What was one skill you wish you had?
I wish I were a better singer. I love to sing, but am not really good at it.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to swim, I like to watch TV and movies.
